• Refundable Fuel deposit of ZAR 1080, per rental  

• Contract Fee of ZAR 33, per rental

• Delivery and collection fees of ZAR 143 during office hours and ZAR 286 after hours, on a public holiday or over a weekend, if within a 25km radius, thereafter a fee of ZAR 5.85 per km

• One way fee of between ZAR 357 and ZAR 647  per rental, if pick up and drop-off locations differ within Country

• Additional Driver Fee of ZAR 150 per extra driver, per rental

• Accident claim handling fee of ZAR 456 in the event of any damage or theft  

• One-way cross border fee of between ZAR 1232 and ZAR 4063 - No one way rentals allowed between South Africa and Mozambique and between South Africa and Zimbabwe  

• Cross Border Rental fee of ZAR 912

• Additional Over border insurance charges of between ZAR 70 and ZAR 200 per day with a minimum charge of 5 days  

• Young driver surcharge of ZAR 130 per day for under 21 year drivers with valid unendorsed drivers licence

• Baby or child safety seat fee of ZAR 157 per rental

• Windscreen Breakage  

• Water and under-carriage damage to vehicle
